Key Responsibilities

• Assume role as primary point of contact for all vendors
• Review event details, contracts, and logistics
• Identify and resolve any gaps in planning
• Finalize event timeline and flow
• Coordinate directly with venue and service providers
• Oversee event setup and execution

Deliverables

• Comprehensive Event Timeline (including setup, service flow, and key moments)
• Vendor Confirmation & Communication (final outreach and alignment prior to event)
• Event Contact Sheet (vendors, key contacts, and roles)
• Setup & Styling Guidance (ensuring all elements are placed with intention)

Event Day Management

• Up to 8 hours of on-site coverage
• Vendor arrival and setup oversight
• Guest flow and experience management
• Timeline execution and adjustments as needed
• Discreet issue resolution
