What services do you offer?

We offer a range of planning and coordination services for weddings and events, including full-service planning, partial planning, and event coordination. Each offering is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are in the planning process while ensuring a seamless and elevated experience.

Do you travel for weddings and events?

Yes, we are available for travel. Events within a 60-mile radius are included, and additional travel may be quoted based on location and logistics.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for full-service planning. Many clients secure their date 9–15 months in advance, while coordination services are typically booked 4–8 months out.

How many events do you take per month?

To ensure each client receives a high level of attention and care, we accept a limited number of events per month. This allows us to remain fully present and responsive throughout your planning experience.


Wedding Services

What is the difference between The Prelude, The Harmony, and The Estate?

  • The Prelude is designed for couples who have planned their wedding and want a professional to manage the final details and execution. 
  • The Harmony provides guidance, structure, and support throughout the planning process while allowing you to remain involved. 
  • The Estate is a comprehensive, full-service experience where we guide every aspect of planning, design, and execution from start to finish.

Do you offer “day-of” coordination?

We offer a more comprehensive approach through The Prelude, which begins several weeks prior to your wedding. This ensures we are fully prepared to execute your day seamlessly, rather than stepping in at the last moment.

Will you be there on the wedding day?

Yes. All wedding packages include dedicated onsite coordination to ensure your day runs smoothly, allowing you and your loved ones to be fully present.

Do you help with design and décor?

Yes. Design guidance is included in both The Harmony and The Estate, with more comprehensive design support offered in full-service planning. Additional custom design services are also available.

Can you help us find vendors?

Absolutely. We provide trusted vendor recommendations and guidance based on your vision, priorities, and budget.

Do you attend vendor meetings?

For full-service clients (The Estate), we attend and coordinate vendor meetings as needed. For partial planning, we provide guidance and support so you feel confident leading those conversations.


Event Services

What types of events do you plan?

We plan a variety of events including showers, milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private events. Each event is approached with the same level of care, organization, and attention to detail.

What is the difference between The Gathering and The Soirée?

  • The Gathering focuses on coordination and execution for events that are already planned. 
  • The Soirée is a full-service planning experience that includes concept development, vendor sourcing, and complete event management.
